We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a key security initiative focused on enhancing PayPal’s threat detection capabilities. The role involves working across multiple global teams, managing project planning, tracking dependencies, and ensuring smooth execution. This project aims to implement critical security features by the end of 2024, followed by the potential deprecation of legacy solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery in collaboration with security, infrastructure, and technology teams.
- Define roadmaps, track progress, and ensure alignment across different functions.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication while addressing project challenges.
- Ensure compliance with PayPal’s PMO processes, including resource tracking and budgeting.
- Work with global teams to drive security and technology-related implementations.
- Handle vendor coordination for planning and delivery, if applicable.
- Implement change and quality management strategies for successful execution.
