• Maintain and produce code in Python • Manage pipelines with Jenkins • Familiarity or expertise with Ruby Ansible PowerApps containerization ADO Pipelines Web patterns with HTML/CSS/Javascript Flask and/or Restful services.

Description

• Support Puppet Enterprise servers and software for internal team use cases

• Work with PE team to offer guidance and expertise in the Puppet development space

• Develop and review code for PE and deploy to production

• Shell scripting in Bash and Powershell

• Strong grasp of Windows and RedHat Linux operating systems

• Abilities to codify changes to Windows and Linux Operating systems

• Openness to learn and incorporate new technologies and patterns

• Strong communicator

• Maintain engineer level and user facing documentation

• Strong command of SDLC patterns

• Ability to manage code with git Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of related experience

Responsibilities

• The IS Technical Specialist: III (Senior) modifies existing software/application programs, which are typically more complex in nature, or writes new programs to support user and management needs. Role will require working along-side and as a backup for the Puppet Enterprise (PE) product owner.
