This team works in auto origination. They own 6 total platforms for business configuration.
They are doing business configuration in a low code/no code environment but need a coding/analytics mindset. They will be using Mosel in FICO, which is a mathematical procedure language.
This group supports the Loan Origination platform for Ally which includes a few functions
1. Credit functions which allow credit decisions.
2. Pricing functions - operations team and
3. The funding organization and platform.
All Loan originations flow through this team and the platforms this manager owns.
Responsibilities
- 5-8 years of hands-on development work with Python and/or Java in Agile env. (they will not be coding in Java but they will be using Mosel in FICO which is a mathematical procedure language) (there will be some Python coding, ancillary as well)
- Experience in the financial industry implementing models and getting them executed
- Someone who either has a mathematical background (degree in Math), has worked within a Data Analytics, Science - OR - Transformation organization - OR - a strong interest in and good at math
- Strong understanding of search algorithms
- Excellent communication
