Description
Understand and define the testing effort and strategy by analyzing project requirements.
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to eliminate requirement defects in the planning phase.
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
Understand and analyze test automation needs, prepare test automation plan.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
Lead the Integration testing of Oracle Xstore POS with various applications & peripherals like Acceo Tender Retail’s payment middleware solution – MCM (Merchant Connect Multi), Verifone ( MX915, M440 ), TRE ( The Retail Equation ), Merchandise Control Systems, Enterprise Service Bus, Chase, Valuelink and Sephora.com
Perform pre-release validation on staging environment.
Preparation of Test Summary Report and Test Log.
Involve in Go-live support of the production deployments.
