• 11+ years of experience in front-end development
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-browser compatibility
• Strong understanding of modern UI design patterns and human-centered design principles
• Experience with React JavaScript framework
• Experience with version control tools such as Git
• Strong desire to learn new languages and technologies, stay updated with new technologies, trends and best practices of front-end development
• Strong understanding of code performance and optimization techniques
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using with design patterns. High standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Experience creating, maintaining and shipping top-ranking, category-defining mobile and web apps
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Interaction Design, or related field

Responsibilities

• • Develop, direct, and assist in the preparation of moderately complex computer solutions in the maintenance and modification of new and currently used applications.
• • Play a technical SME role and participate in code reviews, design reviews, internal testing sign off for deliverables from India.
• • Analyze requirements and provide development estimates across project and BAU activities
• • Be the liason with the onshore team and ensure communication and reporting of delivery from the offshore team
• • Review Requirements Documents and develop implementation strategies that preserve the availability, performance, integrity, stability, and scalability of systems
• • Design and develop beautiful, functional front-end UI and experiences for mobile apps and web-based applications
• • Translate business and customer requirements into elegant experiences
• • Collaborate with designers to build and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible design systems
• • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design integrity throughout the development lifecycle, bridging the gap between design and code
• • Leverage your diverse skill set to craft prototypes and proofs-of-concept that push the boundaries of what’s possible and bring joy to every customer interaction
• • Craft code that controls the look and feel of an experience: colors, typography, responsive layout, motion, interactions, and any other visual aspect of the UI
• • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• • Optimize code for performance, stability and maintainability
• • Work with cross-functional teams of application/UI software engineers, UI/UX designers, and QA/Validation
