Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership.
• Lead the front-end development team in designing and implementing high-quality web applications using React JS.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver seamless and efficient solutions.
• Development and Implementation:
• Design and develop user interfaces using React JS, ensuring a responsive and intuitive user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance:
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation.
• Project Management:
• Participate in project planning and estimation, providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Continuous Improvement:
