Optimize and control the value flow through ART and solution trains using the tools such as Program Kanban.
Establish Iterations & Program Increment (PI) planning and communicate the year calendar.
Build PI goals

Responsibilities

• Optimize and control the value flow through ART and solution trains using the tools such as Program Kanban.
• Helps to handle team dependencies and risks.
• Impediment escalation.
• Coach enterprise leaders, Scrum Masters, and agile teams to adapt for lean-agile thinking.
• Establish Iterations & Program Increment (PI) planning and communicate the year calendar.
• Organize PI planning and foster Continuous Exploration by leading vision, roadmap, backlogs, and PI planning events before and after.
• Arrange the PI planning events.
• Build PI goals of a team into the program for better visibility and transparency.
• Support in tracking features & capabilities execution.
• Manage periodic synchronization events include ART sync.
• Accomplish System Demos.
• Understand to operate with Lean Budgets and obey to Guardrails.
• Facilitate capability and feature team estimation to assist in economic decision-making wherever required.
• Implement effective interaction between the teams, Solution Architects, and the system.
• Initiate resource input to map critical chokepoints.
• Ensure business strategy & execution alignment by working closely with Product Owners, Solution & Product Management.
• Release Train Engineer helps in leading Lean UX (User eXperience) innovation cycle.
• Through Inspect & Adapt Workshops, RTE drives Relentless Improvement. Also, allows ART agility level and helps them.
• Encourage Communities of practices, engineering usage and practice of built-in quality.
• Enhances the value flow through VSM (Value Stream Management) and allows practices associated with DevOps automation and Release On-Demand in CDP (Continuous Delivery Pipeline).
• Working on program execution & operational excellence with APMO (Agile Project Management Office).
