· Responsible for the day-to-day operations incident management technical support administration maintenance implementation and configuration for desktop print telephony/voice wired/wireless/data/security network point of sale specialty computing devices and related hardware and software on company premises. Responsible for responding to & resolving technical problems providing tier 2/3 support utilizing a variety of tools and techniques.Description

· Imaging/Deployment/Troubleshooting
· IP Networking
· Field service experience – Travel required
· Customer service
· Time management -Local candidates only – not a remote or virtual position -Flexible work hours
· Daily driving to various retail locations is required and is dependent on scheduled projects and support requirements.
· Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to carry / lift 50-75 lbs. Required MVR check must be conducted..
