8 years of MDM support consultant with Riversand preference and having implementation & support experience

Java/.Net/Web Technologies
Jira/Confluence
Database concepts, OOPS concepts, Integration concepts
Knowledge or hands on experience in any of the MDM tools, preferred to have on Riversand MDM
Azure Cloud computing
EventHub, Blob storage, DAM
Should be strong in information system development life cycle methodologies, software testing and change control processes
Responsible for developing/configuring MDM components such as data model, workflow, business rules, Digital Assets and Authorizations
Setup Integration Profiles for both Inbound and Outbound Systems
Coordinate all MDM related activities with the offshore support team
Must have flexibility to provide project support during off-hours
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate with business users, stakeholders, technical teams, and various levels of management
