• Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution • Anticipate identify track and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery • Defining processes complexity for RPA with respect to existing RPA technology • Perform detailed estimations towards the finalized in-scope processes planned under development sprints • Determining RPA fitment/ technical feasibility for automation. Validating Business Case and ROI (return on investment) which can be submitted for review and approval • Support development team and provide technical solutions effort estimation and delivery strategy • Collate BOT requirements from the development teams (# of BOTs execution window # of transactions processed success rate execution time idle time maintenance window etc.) • Identify opportunities to improve BOT utilization (new use cases new scenarios in existing use case scheduling etc.) • Assist Intelligent Automation team as needed to provide technical win by acting as technical advisor to Bread Financial organization • Develop and review Detail Process Description – PDD (Process Description Document) • Develop and review detailed SDD (Solution Design Document) • Deliver demos technical training and support for new/existing customers • Grow and identify RPA sales opportunities within assigned accounts • Work with the Bread Financial’s RPA Center of Excellence (COE) to drive automation pipeline but not limited to TCO/ROI analysis best practices and RPA program/project management • Plan and implement code version control implement best practices for RPA release management • Identify opportunities to improve success rate (reduction in failures etc.) • Work closely with different departments and RPA development teams • Publish monthly metrics to business stakeholders

Description

The RPA Architect will identify opportunities in existing customer business processes to architect and design RPA frameworks/technology. The Architect will function as an integrator between the business and technology to create solutions for customers based on business requirements. This role will provide technical leadership and guidance for RPA developers and other Bread Financial Intelligent Automation resources during project delivery. Additionally, the Architect will be responsible to architect, design, modify, develop, code review, write and implement RPA Solutions on multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• • 4+ years of excellent hands-on experience in architecting RPA solutions using UiPath
• • 4+ years of excellent hands-on experience in developing C# or VB.Net.
• • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
• • Good experience in scripting using JQuery, Java Script
• • Excellent knowledge in CSS HTML
• • In depth understanding and experience of database development in SQL.
• • Hands on experience in WebAPI, Windows Services
• • Strong experience in Agile/Best Practices. Experience in Unit Testing/Test Driven Development
• • Good knowledge on CI/CD and Source control tools like BitBucket, Jenkins and SVN
• • It's a strong plus if candidate has:
• • Experience with implementing UiPath automations in Financial Services domain
• • UiPath certification
• • Experience in Task Mining & Process Mining, RPA Automated Testing (UiPath Test Suite), Document Understanding, AI/ML
