* Initial responsibilities include report design and development and migrate existing reports to the SailPoint platform * Understand and recommend SailPoint specific reporting solutions and implement them as required * Reports definitions include information on critical application access granted via RBAC nested distribution lists etc. * Design and development of Compliance reports with capabilities that enable Business and IT stakeholders with self-service features to detect notify and remediate out-of-compliance access to members on their teams * Later on the candidate's responsibilities include owning enhancing and governing the Role Based Access Controls working with business stakeholders and their delegates * Identify and implement appropriate role type i.e. RBAC/ABAC/PBAC based on business functional requirements * Contribute to the successful migration of Role Based Access Attribute Based Access to the SailPoint platform * Educate the existing team IAM team on successful Roles management in SailPoint * Work with IAG Leads to establish a framework for long term management of roles to ensure roles do not depreciate * Improve IAG end-user experience by implementing a comprehensive training and documentation program to educate users on the benefits of proper access governance * Continually seek improvements to RBAC working with Industry peers to understand direction & approaches that may benefit client over timeDescription
The Identity & Access Governance (IAG) program currently is in the process of channelizing access controls through a centralized toolset. In the near team, the program has the following distinct focus areas:
1. Continue to enhance Access Control Management by ensuring sensible role groups creation and implementing Role Based Access Controls
2. Migration from legacy to new IG&L Tools
3. Establish intuitive reporting to enable business teams to self-remediate areas of non-compliance Longer term, the individual will aid in implementing Governance and Strategy to maintain existing Role Based Access Controls and ensure they do not deprecate over time.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Identity and Access Management Engineer to join a strong, collaborative, global matrix team across four different locations. This position requires a high level of direct interaction with technical and business users, along with excellent communication and delivery skills. This individual must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work on a variety of assignments with people at all levels of the organization.
