Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Admin with extensive knowledge of Copado and Lightning to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our business. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• • Salesforce Administration:
• Manage and configure Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
• Perform regular system maintenance, data integrity checks, and security reviews.
• Implement and maintain automation tools such as workflow rules, process builders, and flows.
• • Copado Management:
• Utilize Copado for release management, version control, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Manage deployment pipelines, monitor code quality, and ensure smooth release processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate and deploy new features and updates seamlessly.
• • Lightning Development and Optimization:
• Customize and enhance Salesforce Lightning components and applications to improve user experience and productivity.
• Ensure smooth transition and adoption of Salesforce Lightning within the organization.
• Conduct training sessions and provide support to users on Lightning functionalities and best practices.
