Description

Manager notes: Primarily Health cloud and Service cloud. I don’t expect people to know Health Cloud (big plus if they do). If they have strong sales and service cloud experience, they should be able to pick it up quickly



1 Develop and Enhance Salesforce Platform

• Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed working alongside a Business Operations Analyst to meet the needs of Senior Leadership team

• Translating requirements into technical solutions

• Identify unused or underutilized platform features

• Iterative promotion from Sandbox to Production with effective environment management

Responsibilities

• • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration within a life sciences, services company or related consulting firm
• • Participate in the technical design, development and implementation of custom functionality and applications on the Salesforce platform
• • Provide day-to-day end-user support including troubleshooting issues, system maintenance, configuration, maintaining profiles, sharing and data security
• • Identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to Salesforce
• • Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and development of reports and dashboards
• • Design, document, build, test and deploy enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, workflows, flows, processes reports and complex dashboards within Salesforce
• • Understand basic triggers/apex code
• • Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed
• • Knowledge and skills managing simple to complex analytics through dashboards
• • Experience with database design concepts, middleware concepts, and user interface development
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Educational Requirements

• • SFDC Communities development and/or technical support
• • Experience with Agile/Scrum and knowledge of scrum ceremonies
• • Experience identifying goals, metrics and analytics to measure Salesforce.com product value
• • Experience conducting competitive research and analysis
