· 10+ years of hands-on experience with designing configuring and implementing customization and solutions for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform · Extensive knowledge of Business Units Mobile Studios Email Studio Web Studios Content Builders Journey builder · Hands-on experience in email templates and SMS template development · Experience with HTML CSS understanding of relational databases and SQL · Experienced in server-side API development and Open Source · Experience with GitHub and Jenkins · Advanced knowledge of application development including determining developing testing and implementing system requirements; designing coding and debugging applications · SFMC/ SFDC/ Sales Cloud/ Salesforce admin certification is good to haveDescription
· Architect having experience in Migration of workload from Eloqua to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
· Architect, document, and support the implementation of Salesforce solutions for projects that involve Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
· Work with Sales to scope projects for new and existing customers accurately. Describe the art of what's possible in Salesforce!
· Build exceptional customer relationships, knowing their business better than they do, and leading them as a “ “trusted advisor” through the Salesforce ecosystem.
· Be the technical expert in the room. Use best practices to create technology that has the right data model and feature set.
· The ability to describe the "art of the possible" to new and existing clients, and collaborate with the Sales team to accurately scope new projects.
· He would truly be a Technical (Hands-On) Advisor for clients and the migration team.
Responsibilities
- Architect and Design:
- · Develop comprehensive and scalable solutions for integrating Salesforce and Slack.
- · Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- · Design and document technical architectures, considering best practices and ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Implementation:
- · Lead and actively participate in the implementation of Slack integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- · Configure and customize Salesforce and Slack platforms to meet integration requirements.
- · Work closely with development teams to ensure the seamless execution of integration projects.
- Quality Assurance:
- · Conduct thorough testing of Slack integrations to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and optimal performance.
- · Identify and address any issues or challenges during the integration process.
- Documentation and Training:
- · Create detailed technical documentation for the implemented solutions.
- · Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to ensure successful adoption and ongoing maintenance.
