Technical architect they want someone who they can convert full time.
The need someone who can come in and build out technical capabilities
Strong Salesforce architect with field services, and call center being able to build out solutions
Must have good experience with implementations, knowing best practices, disaster recovery, etc.
Will ask what approach did you use when designing a solution within field services for Salesforce? They need to know Field service objects (i.e. service crew, scheduling, etc.) needs to know how it works and understand how it works for the service they’re providing . Call center, contact service, all of that will is in initial phase, still working to define the that process from the service side to all around all service will follow. They need to know customizations, and field service objects, (Telemetry and service crew, service appt. , etc.)
