Description
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience / knowledge of Salesforce– Sales Cloud and / or Service Cloud
Working knowledge of Salesforce Configuration & customization
Ability to engage Business SME’s and drive requirement work shops
Ability to translate business requirements and map them to Salesforce / IQVIA OCE platform capabilities (fit – gap analysis)
Ability to drive conference room pilot along with the technical team
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Certified IQVIA OCE Sales / White Belt Veeva CRM – Preferred .
Prior Experience working on engagement for Healthcare & Life Science customers
Good domain knowledge / understanding of Sales Processes for HLS
