BA – they have a consultant and are looking for someone who is more of a fit. For the Alternatives Investment (Private Equity) team. Managing 3 separate SFDC – developed and administered. Proactively run the pipeline and interact with the users. Responsible for User requirements functional specifications understand how the business runs number of integration projects and number of technical efforts. What is the workflow in different investment teams. CRM is used more as a product understand the business and be able to document. Get stakeholders to approve what we understand that they need. Project pipeline – BA is the first to reach out and understand where the issue began scope and then hand over to development then back to BA to run test cases. 3 people in this team not as big of a pipeline. Strong Plus – prototyping use wireframing skills – visual and conceptualize. Someone who worked in private equity before would be a plus but there’s a small niche of businesses to find this.

The NB Private Markets business includes Primary, Secondary and Co-investments in Private Equity, Primary and Secondary Private Credit as well as other Private Market products such as funds of Hedge Funds, Consumer Brands, coupled with all the complexity of a fast growing, pioneering, and privately owned global asset manager.

Responsibilities

• The Client Salesforce Development team is looking for a hands-on technical Business Analyst to work as a Scrum Master across multiple Agile project activities. The Salesforce Business Analyst/Scrum Master will enable Salesforce developers and administrators to elicit, document and communicate business and functional requirements, engage with Agile delivery team operational and business departments to ensure successful implementation of several strategic initiatives. Projects include strategic long-term initiatives, ongoing BAU enhancements, and critical time sensitive production updates.
• Responsibilities:
• * Be a business partner - facilitate workshops, capture, and document requirements and write user stories, assess solution design for fit with stated requirements, create user-facing training materials and drive improvements of the business process
• * Collaborate closely with business teams in New York, Europe, and Asia as well as delivery teams in South America and India to facilitate successful execution of agile deliverables
• * Create synergy between members of the Global Technology team and business constituents by ensuring the teams adhere to agreed-upon standards and create new standards when processes and work models need to be adjusted
• * Monitor deliverables and communicate statuses, key issues, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely completion of projects
• * Act in a go-to capacity for the technology team for most business-related questions and provide training, coaching and guidance to development team members and stakeholders
• * Work within specific timelines and parameters set up by the leadership and business constituents
• * Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

Educational Requirements

• * BS or BA degree preferred, with 5-10 years of experience as a business analyst or developer in a contributing role on a full-cycle software delivery team
• * 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• * Experience in being a liaison with business, IT, and operations teams
• * Excellent communication and exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• * The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• * Strong sense of professional pride and individual accountability
• * CRM and/or Salesforce.com experience is a strong plus
• * Financial Services and Private Markets experience is a strong plus
• * Experience with project delivery of complex enterprise application systems, distributed applications, web applications, or system integration solutions is preferred
