Description
• Significant experience in Contract Lifecycle Management
• Design and Develop CLM Templates using Apttus
• Good understanding of contract components, e-signature process and library clause concepts
• Experience on Docusign/Conga Sign is needed
• Strong understanding of Contract Redlining.
• Agreement protection, Query templates, X-Author template migration functionalities.
• Expertise on Conga functionalities such as Wizard Configuration, Cycle time grouping, Document Assembly rulesets is preferable.
• Expertise in implementation of Data Management.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Lightning , flows, triggers, Apex, LWC and Aura Components
• Experience in Copado Deployment process.
• Significant experience with Jira
• Integration experience with upstream / downstream applications
