Skills
8+ years of proven hands-on experience in managing large Salesforce orgs with complex business processes on Sales Services CPQ and/or Marketing clouds. Experience working with remote teams based out of different time zones and be able to co-ordinate and collaborate with remote team members. Proficiency in designing and optimizing data models on Salesforce platform: Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Experience Cloud CPQ (preferred) – standard custom external objects. Expert in understanding and applying solution options (configuration vs custom development) based on business requirements. Strong proficiency in Org security & User maintenance – Org security SSO. Expert in managing multiple environments and deployment across environments (sandboxes production change sets etc) Expert level proficiency in Salesforce configuration skills: Process Builders Flows Email Templates Validation Rules SQL etc. Experience in development of Apex Lighting Web Components (LWC) Apex Triggers Queueables Batch Apex Callout Integrations. Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative and low-code techniques: org security sharing access and license management UI/UX. Proficiency in designing building Salesforce Analytics and optimizing data models on the platform. Expertise in data mapping transformation and migration. Experience in analyzing business needs requirements gathering documenting user stories estimations and demos.Description
It’s an exciting time to join International Flavors & Fragrances’ (IFF) Application Development IT Team.
We are looking for a passionate Senior Salesforce (CRM) Lead who takes pride and ownership in designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform across all segments (Service, Sales, CPQ, Marketing).
This function will work with key programs and project teams across the enterprise to design, develop and maintain Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
Responsibilities
- This is a hands-on administrator role requiring strong Salesforce configuration and solutioning expertise.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP systems meet business requirements in alignment and coordination with the IT initiatives and projects.
- Create and maintain required documentation for solution delivery - Requirements/User Stories, Solution Design, Deployment & knowledge sharing.
- Provide guidance and perform design and reviews for deliverables implemented by other team members using most Salesforce declarative and low-code techniques.
- Collaborate and govern the Application Manage Service team that will provide technical support and documentation.
- Understand and apply Salesforce best practices, standards, principles to work within Salesforce framework and limits.
- As a core team member, collaborate with cross functional teams and remote teams following Agile delivery methodology in all SDLC phases - Analysis, Design, Development, Integrations and Maintenance.
Educational Requirements
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
- One or more of Salesforce Cloud Consultant (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ Specialist) certifications
- Salesforce CRM Analytics (strongly preferred)
- Experience in Forecasting, Territory Management, Experience Cloud, Pardot
- Experience working with external vendors and managing virtual teams internationally
- Experience with administering Salesforce managed packages
- Experience in Manufacturing industry
