8+ years of experience in Salesforce Technology able to translate the technical solution into detailed design
Experience working across various SFDC implementations covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Call center, Chatter & App-exchange applications.
Experience in SFDC development using Apex classes and Triggers, Visual Force, Force.com IDE, SOQL, SOSL
Understand customer & management requirements and provide technical inputs for suitable solutions as per customer’s application landscapes
Perform due diligence, solution identification and define the scope of work for new endeavors
Effort estimation & resource identification for Salesforce implementation projects
Create key architecture/design documents
Defines the best practices for all Salesforce Implementation
Defines the strategy for new application development on Salesforce
Defines the reference architecture, data model, and integration pattern to be implemented
Defines the security model to be enforces
Defines the data migration strategy
Define the cutover plan
Helps with gathering and articulating non-functional requirements including Security, Performance and scalability
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
Creating an environment to perform Proof of Concept for technical solutions
Prepare technical procedural and policy documents
Working towards continuous improvement & delight for the customer & management.
