Individual will be a contributing member of the Global HR Technology Team
Be a key contributor to development initiatives that require Salesforce technical expertise
Collaborate with the team to coordinate delivery of software application
Communicate with technical partners and come up with solutions
Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains, and tests software applications that support business units
Provide innovative solutions to problems and drive the design/development of components
Effectively conveys message in both written and verbal development discussions

Responsibilities

• SF Workflow, Case Management, Integration/Data Migration experience needed
• Agile experience required
• Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Ability to design, develop, and implement: Custom Objects; Custom Tabs, Fields, Page Layouts; Security - Profiles and Roles; Workflow Alerts and Actions; Lightning components, pages; Visualforce Pages; Approval Processes; Dashboards; Data Validations; Web Services
• Create and maintain documentation on application configuration and processes as database applications are developed
• Able to meet deadlines and handle pressure while coordinating multiple tasks in a work/project environment
• Versatile team player with interpersonal skills
• Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and as such be able to provide recommendations for process improvements
• Knowledge of Force.com development best practices
