Evaluate and recommend AppExchange apps and other third-party tools to enhance the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with stakeholders business analysts and developers to gather requirements and identify business needs. Architect design and implement scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and best practices. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the entire software development lifecycle. Perform code reviews provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Hands-on configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management roles/profiles Permission Sets custom objects new page layouts custom fields formula fields validations workflow rules email templates Process Builder Flows Lightning Pages Custom Metadata Types Custom Settings Managed Packages. Keep up to date with Salesforce releases features and best practices. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation as appropriate 24/7 ownership and resolution of Salesforce system issues and outages Collaborate with system administrators to ensure proper configuration security and performance optimization of the Salesforce platform. Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders providing insights and recommendations on Salesforce best practices and effective use of platform capabilities. Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce best practices development techniques and effective use of Salesforce functionalities.

Description

Embraer Executive Jets is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for not only working "hands-on" with Salesforce functionalities but also assisting the team with best practices and innovative solutions. You will play a crucial role in architecting, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to streamline business processes, enhance user experience, and drive overall efficiencies. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and possess strong technical and analytical skills. The candidate should also have excellent communication and coordination abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additionally, this role will assist in managing the backlog of demands, ensuring that the developers and other administrators have a task assigned and are delivering the best technical solution. The ability to balance competing priorities and proactively communicate progress and timelines will be crucial in this aspect of the role.
