Planned activities
Maintain ideas/development backlog
Document business requirements in Confluence
Document user stories
Work with dev teams to do cost/benefit analysis
Co-ordinate with testing teams against Jiras
Handover to support activities
Responsibilities
- Expert level on Salesforce financial as a BA and all its components
- Experienced Business Analyst
- Working knowledge of Sharepoint on line & Teams
- Experienced with M365 application suite especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Have a sense of design and aesthetics (For creating comms, one-pagers, and updating SharePoint site)
- Question existing processes
