Own the development of a strategic vision for projects, including product development and improvements.
Make recommendations based on analysis, estimate work effort, and lead project scoping.
Determine required resources, set realistic schedules, and build communication and governance plans.
Maintain effective client relations and deliver timely information with stakeholder impact in mind.
Document Marketing Cloud data modeling and architecture, including data extension modeling.
Architect, design, and develop sophisticated customizations utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
