Description

Enable API integration between SFMC data extensions and Integration layer. Understand what are the capabilities of Sales Force Marketing cloud and give guidance to the team on selection of the methodology.
Understand the capabilities of Mobile connect and help in implementing different channels (email, sms, 2 way messaging to name a few).
Collaborating with members of the project team and product team to design, develop, unit test and provide post-release support.
Building journeys using journey builder, document, unit testing and investigate Prod issues as and when it occurs.
Migrate the tested journey configurations from STAGING BU to PROD BU using automated methodology
Manage the # of customers in SFMC, and provide methodology to purge them so not exceed the threshold. Identify impacts of purging customers as many of them may have cadences.
Understand roles in SFMC and use Admin console to maintain SOX compliance.
Help with reporting aspects and automate these reporting. Work with other Business units to fulfill their reporting requirements related to SFMC.
Works in an Agile environment with a focus on iterative and test-driven design methods
Understanding the methodology of querying the data extensions, use tools to test
Be a technical subject matter expert of SFMC for Product and Development teams to build and deliver SFMC solutions.
Predict infrastructure requirements based on data collected
Work with SF Support team to resolve any issues that requires their support.
