Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams mentoring and coaching team members on standard methodologies for design development and system integration. POC Development: Lead the development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate the design and performance of solutions leveraging technical expertise to create innovative POCs that encompass various systems. Implementation Oversight: Oversee the successful implementation and transition of technology products and solutions ensuring smooth deployment interoperability and adoption across systems by working closely with cross-functional teams. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders including business users IT teams and vendors to gather requirements design solutions and provide expert guidance on the Salesforce platform and its integration with other systems. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise during the implementation phase ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across integrated systems.

Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect with a broad understanding of various systems to join our team. As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that align with our organization's overall enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Minimum Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in architecting solutions and integrations across the Salesforce platform and other cloud technologies, with a proven track record of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for complex business requirements.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business) or equivalent relevant formal training, certifications, or work experience.
• Salesforce Certifications:
• Relevant Salesforce certifications such as SF Administration, SF Developer, and/or CTA (Certified Technical Architect) are highly desired, showcasing expertise in the Salesforce platform and its various components.
• Integration Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems, enabling seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Primary Skill: Salesforce Development - Salesforce Apex (SFDC Apps)
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Architecture, Apex Code, and Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Marketing, Service).
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI, CaaS integrations, SFDC API, Workflows, and related technologies.
• Proven ability to architect scalable and secure solutions in the Salesforce environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
