· 8+ Years of experience as Salesforce developer · Salesforce developer (APEX Aura LWC) experience · Salesforce.com certifications such as Certified Administrator Certified Platform App Builder Certified Platform Developer I are strongly preferred. · Experience working with distributed cross-functional/cross-organizational stakeholders? · Experience in application of test design strategies and techniques knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium · Experience working with CI/CD processes incorporating test automation · Experience with CA Agile Manager (Rally) or similar ALM tools · Working knowledge of automated deployment / DevOps tools and technologies · Working knowledge of source control management tools such as Git · Delivery – The ability to deliver work at a steady predictable pace to achieve commitments decompose work assignments into small batch releases and contribute to tradeoff and negotiation discussions. · Domain Expertise – Demonstrated track record of domain expertise including the ability to understand technical concepts and possess in-depth knowledge of immediate systems worked on. · Problem Solving – Proven problem-solving skills allowing you to determine source of issues in unfamiliar code or systems and the ability to recognize and solve repetitive problems. · Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate information and collaborate with team members effectively. · Leadership - Intermediate leadership skills with a proven track record of self-motivationDescription
· Perform end to end Salesforce engineering activities including analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, creating artifacts, alerts/monitoring bases on design specifications.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members
· Work independently to tackle well-scoped and loosely scoped problems
· Seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge & capabilities, business acumen, Salesforce certifications
· Contribute to team requirement refinement, estimation, retrospective, detailed solution design, perform code/test case reviews, and ensure appropriate artifacts are reviewed and approved
· Collaborate with technical leads, architects, platform, and product owners to identify and recommend technical solutions and alternatives related to the Salesforce platform implementation – assess tradeoffs and impact analyses as part of the recommendations
· Complete cloud-based implementations through custom development in Salesforce Lighting (Aura, LWC), and Apex, as well as out of the box Salesforce configurations.
· Ensure availability of the Salesforce platform and provide on-call support to resolve application issues when necessary
