Over 14 years of testing experience in the Salesforce domain, with expertise in independently managing and validating QA processes, especially in the Salesforce Field Service area.
Extensive hands-on experience in transitioning from incumbent vendors and leading transformation activities.
Proficient in automation using tools such as Selenium, Leapwork, and Copado Test Automation.
Managing Onsite-Offshore model
Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA)
Understanding of different types of testing (e.g., manual, automated, performance)
Scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java)
