Must Haves:
Salesforce Vlocity testing experience - Health Care/Health Plan testing experience
5+ years testing experience (end- to -end) in Automation and some manual
Experience as a tester in a web and mobile digital team – preferably specifically with Salesforce - Vlocity
Responsibilities
- This person will evaluate and verify the functionality, performance and quality of Salesforce applications (Vlocity in large part – which is a partner, not owned by Salesforce). It involves conduction various tests to ensure that the Sf implementation meets the desired requirements, works as intended and delivers a seamless user experience. For now, this is end-to-end focus. Must have strong back-end and front-end testing experience. There is conversation around having SalesForce and Epic work together at some point, if not already in the works. The various workstreams within the digital team that the salesforce will apply to are: Member, enrollment, provider, broker/Sales, call center etc
