Description
1. Act as key-contact roles for SAP Basis 2. Perform Technical Infrastructure Design for SAP Basis as part of platform upgrade and refresh activities. This task also includes the associated cost of ownership models for different design options.
3. Assist in the preparation of technical infrastructure standards including build and configuration standards for SAP Basis.
4. Perform technical assessments/reviews between different infrastructure options as part of platform upgrade and refresh activities.
5. Provide monitoring operational support with incident analysis and resolution when required. Participate in the company infrastructure monitoring and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support when required.
6. Provide operational support to implement maintenance tasks associated with SAP Basis 7. Supervise and in some instances perform software installation tasks as needed to assist project delivery. This activity is normally performed in conjunction with application vendors.
