Description
• SAP Basis experience with HANA and Oracle Database with HA/DR configurations on Linux
• SAP Basis operations, production support activities
• SAP transports, client administration, system copy, system monitoring , performance tuning, SAP printing , system start/stop etc.
• Performance tuning and backup/restore
• Basic scripting knowledge
• Understanding of ITSM practices/ tools such as Service Now, Incident/ Change Management practices
• SAP Maintenance such as Kernel upgrades, DB upgrades, Plug-in upgrades
• Migration from on-prem to cloud
• Experience with multiple SAP Products such S/4, ECC, BI , SCM
