Description
• Support BO administrative activities and BO security setup.
• Provide analysis, design, and development support for transition from non-SAP and SAP data to HANA database using BODS.
• Provide BO stack support for installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, configuration, and maintenance.
• Support Business Intelligence report development.
• Provide BO client tools and data services support for ETL designers.
• Installation & configuration, Upgrade, Deployments, Backups & Rollback, ETL Job and server monitoring
Service Pack &Fix patching, Production Support, Enhancement request
Work with Engineering team on Server patching, network and Firewall
Supports DR activity, Migration support, Source File monitoring and engage with automation team and Response center
Setup schedules file transmission and job schedules.
