We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our team for a long-term contract engagement (6+ months). The ideal candidate will be client and business-focused with strong SAP expertise, able to document existing business processes and communicate business requirements to technical resources.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects and/or provide technical business analysis support
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Manage SAP/S4 HANA related projects and processes
- Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, or Project Coordinator
- Strong SAP knowledge required, S4 HANA experience strongly preferred
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience is highly desired
- Proven ability to produce business process flow diagrams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
- BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
