Skills

• Study and understand the PTC’s current Billing and other related business functions, and technologies
• Study and understand the PTC’s desired Billing and other related business functions technologies and objectives
• Using knowledge gained to coordinate changes and designs to the UBOS and the PTC’s other technologies to assure the PTC’s needs are met and including following the standards and policies
• Act as a subject matter expert and represent the PTC in meetings and reports with the UBOS SI team
• Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to the PTC leadership with enough details for the PTC leadership to decide on how to proceed
• Develops and maintains plans and other documentation as required using PTC established standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies
• Review epics, features, user stories, design documents, test cases, and other project deliverables and artifacts in Azure DevOps and advise to the PTC staff on approvals for the same.
• Performs hands on design, development, configuration, and testing work in SAP CM as needed.
• Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key business users.
• Hands on experience in cutover planning and providing guidance on ramp up and ramp down needed for cutover for high volume transactions from a legacy non- SAP based system.
• Mentor PTC Staff as needed so PTC integration team can develop SAP CM skills for long term use in house by learning and participating during the project and perform knowledge transfer prior to departing the project.
• Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the PTC
Responsibilities
- • 10+ years of implementation experience in SAP Convergent Meditation as an architect, or developer.
- • Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP BRIM implementation with hands on experience in solution components Convergent Mediation (CM), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and contract accounting (FICA).
- • Implementing a high-volume tolling back-office system using SAP BRIM and SAP CM and integrating it using SAP CM to a CRM system and payment gateway is highly desired.
- • Have a strong understanding of the integration of SAP Convergent Mediation with other external systems such as other SaaS platforms like CRM, payment gateways, or custom developed applications.
- • Experience with building a solution to track and manage data for billing in SAP and other non SAP business systems.
- • Familiarity with SAP’s roadmap for Convergent Meditation to ensure the solution PTC is building meets SAP’s roadmap and follows SAP best practices.
- • Understanding of data enrichment needed for billing.
- • Strong skills in database design, scripting, and experience in data migration, as well as error data handling.
- • The ability to work with the business departments’ staff and determine priorities and schedules for the work to be performed
- • The ability to work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned
- • The ability Utilizes various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties
- • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Work, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint
- • Experience in Agile, ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
- • A willingness to perform other related duties as assigned
