Description

Play a pivotal role in our organization's transition to SAP S/4HANA, covering crucial modules such as FI-CO, Supply Chain, and WM/EWM.
Linchpin between our implementation partner, internal stakeholders, and any other involved parties, ensuring a seamless cutover process.
Extensive experience in SAP implementations, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the modules in scope will enable you to lead this critical area of our ERP transformation project successfully.
Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the comprehensive cutover strategy, ensuring alignment with overall project goals, timelines, and budgets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the implementation partner, internal IT teams, business process owners, and other stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of the cutover process.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to the cutover phase, proposing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all cutover-related activities, maintaining clear and consistent communication across all teams and stakeholders.
Training and Support: Coordinate with the training team to ensure end-users and IT support staff are prepared for the new system, facilitating smooth transition and adoption.
Data Migration and Validation: Oversee the data migration process from legacy systems to S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Testing: Lead the final rounds of testing to confirm system readiness, including integration, user acceptance, and regression testing.
Go-Live Support: Provide hands-on support during the go-live phase, addressing any immediate issues and coordinating with the implementation partner and internal teams for quick resolutions. Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a SAP Cutover Lead or similar role in large-scale SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI-CO, Supply Chain, and WM/EWM.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and ensure project deadlines are met.\
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activation Methodology.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge, deep understanding, and Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning software – (SAP)
  • Experience in guiding and providing training to End Users around SAP- software solutions high-end consulting roles and specialized experience in SAP software in different industries with different functionalities of the Business.
  • Computer/IT Analyst experience application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications experience in SAP technology.
  • Design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing, or modification of computer systems or programs in SAP Technology, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications experience.
