• 10+ years’ experience in IT working on SAP Logistics Execution function modules.\Must have strong experience in EWM-ERP Master Data integration.
• Must have strong Experience in goods receipt & good issue process via stock transfer orders, putaway and picking strategies, Packaging specification, Kitting, Internal movements
• Must have Experience in Configuring Pick, Pack, VAS and Quality Inspection, Configuring Physical Inventory, Configure Post processing framework, Output configuration of Master Data & Warehouse Structure Creation.
• Strong exposure with Radio Frequency (Mobile data entry) functionalities.
• Good exposure in Handling Unit / Batch Management processes.
• Understand the interdependencies of the SAP PP, PP-PI, MM, QM and WM modules, including master data and transactional objects (e.g., orders, material documents etc.,)
• Good knowledge in SAP and other 3rd party system integration (interfaces), XML monitoring
• Knowledge of SAP TM (Transport Management)
• Good exposure in Freight order , Freight unit and Freight settlement process and Transportation Events handling .
• Good exposure in Neptune application & S/4 HANA experience
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment is required.
• Ability to map the user requirements
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to translate client business process to technical business requirements.
• Must possess strong analytical skills.
• Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client
• Experience in defining, implementing, and supporting business processes.
• Alignment to agile and managed service model environment to handle issues, development and reporting.
• Good understanding of incident management and change management processes, Experience on using ServiceNow is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Acknowledge the issues, understand the cause and provide a viable working solution in the shortest time.
Responsibilities
- • Work closely with the customer for a smooth and trouble free delivery of AMS services in the specified SLA timelines.
- • Need to handle deliverables across EWM and Le with standalone support to client
- • Ability to drive team with initiatives and technical discussions
- • Decent and harmonious relationship with customer.
