Technical Support: Provide first-line support for SAP EWM-related issues ensuring timely resolution. Analyze troubleshoot and resolve system issues errors and performance bottlenecks. Coordinate with SAP Basis and Infrastructure teams for system updates patches and performance tuning. Incident Management: Monitor and manage incidents and service requests related to SAP EWM. Document incidents problems and solutions in the ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to senior support teams or SAP when necessary.Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP EWM Production Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP EWM functionalities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- System Maintenance:
- Perform routine system health checks, backups, and recovery procedures.
- Implement and monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and workflows within SAP EWM.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all warehouse management processes.
- User Support and Training:
- Assist end-users with system navigation, functionality, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for new and existing users.
- Create and maintain user manuals and technical documentation.
