Conduct regression testing and troubleshoot issues arising during the migration process. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align testing approaches with requirements and timelines. Investigate and resolve financial data mismatches and failed test cases. Design and execute validation tests for complex financial reports including balance sheets and P&L statements.
Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior QA IT Resource with expertise in SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) to play a critical role in our SAP S/4 HANA migration project. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO processes, migration methodologies, and a proactive approach to quality assurance.

Responsibilities
  • Extensive QA experience with a focus on SAP FICO modules.
  • Strong understanding of the differences between SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the FICO module.
  • Experience in data reconciliation and validation during SAP migrations.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and troubleshooting in SAP environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Preferred for Both Roles:
  • Prior experience with large-scale SAP S/4 HANA migration projects.
  • Familiarity with QA tools and test management software.
  • Certification in SAP modules or related quality assurance methodologies is a plus.
