The SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end SAP HCM implementation or upgrade projects. The role involves leading project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting business requirements. The Project Manager will also serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing SAP HCM implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management).
- Strong project management experience, including experience with methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP or SAP certifications are a plus.
