Participates in developing functional requirements, testing, training, and implementing applications.
Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis to align IT with business objectives.
Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance business functionality and overall performance, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Designs, configures, and tests various SAP Modules.
Manages SAP implementations.
Analyzes current business processes and scenarios to recommend or develop solutions to meet client needs.
Carries out complex assignments that require the development of new or improved procedures.
Maintains thorough organizational knowledge and adheres to standards.
Takes primary responsibility for successful SAP implementations, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and instruction to clients.
Develops and evaluates plans and criteria for others to execute, while providing leadership and direction.
Provides detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
Acts as liaison with clients for troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems.
Maps client business requirements, processes, and objectives, developing necessary product modifications to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- 1. Minimum 7 years of deep domain expertise in SAP Organization Management & Personnel Administration, Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service.
- · Solution design and configuration of standard components of SAP HCM-OM/PA module
- · Proven solution design and configuration of complex Understanding of OM/PA integration with SAP HR modules including Payroll, Time & Security and SuccessFactors
- · Ability to support Interfaces to/from external systems
- 2. Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration
- 3. Delivery of projects using Agile Methodology
- 4. Familiarity with creating integration architecture using latest technologies that are beyond SAP products like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Snaplogic, Apigee
- 5. Knowledge of newer integration models like API Architecture, Event Driven architecture and ability to lead teams and clients in setting the right architecture for their future
- 6. Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica. Data stage, Python
- 7. Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers
- 8. Participation in all phases of an implementation project including integrations workstream
- 9. Understanding of SAP IDOC's, SProxy, OData Services & RFC/SOAPS
- 10. Understanding of different integration patterns especially integration from and to leading cloud SaaS products beyond SAP products
- 11. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or the combination of education and experience that enables performance in all aspects of the position.
- 12. A strong customer focus and an ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- 13. Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.
- 14. Ability to apply problem resolution skills to effectively address technology related business issues and provide detailed functional requirements for technical solutions.
- 15. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- 16. Understanding of HR processes to assist business owners develop successful system and business processes and define business requirement
