Implement and maintain Hybris and C4 solutions to enhance the digital customer experience for Chesapeake Utilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement software solutions that meet business objectives. Ensure the efficient integration of Hybris and C4 into our existing systems and platforms. Customize and configure the Hybris and C4 platforms to meet specific business requirements. Perform regular system upgrades and provide ongoing technical support for the Hybris / C4 environment. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the systems. Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to the utility sector. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Proven experience working with Hybris and C4 including customization and configuration. Prior experience in the utility industry is a must. Strong knowledge of digital customer experience best practices. Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to Hybris and C4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills.Description
