• SAP ISU Customer service with CRM
• Utility Industry Experience
• SAP ECC ISU Modules
• SAP CRM Web UI configuration
Responsibilities
- • 10+ years of experience in SAP ISU Customer service with CRM Functional area .
- • Utility industry experience is a must.
- • Experience configuring BP, Business Agreements, Contracts & Interaction Records and front office process in SAP CRM .
- • Experience in configuring ISU data model & all customer service process like move-in , move-out , workflow monitoring , interface .
- • Responsible for the solution design, development prototyping, configuration, testing and maintenance of the SAP ISU CS CRM system.
- • Experience and knowledge of integration points of SAP CRM System with SAP ECC ISU modules.
- • Responsible for working with business users and client to gather and document business requirements for system changes and to develop solutions to satisfy business needs.
- • Strong SAP CRM functional experience as well as hands-on experience in SAP CRM Web UI configuration.
- • Determining customizing requirements as per business need and communicating these requirements to development team.
- • Experience with CRM Middleware configuration and troubleshooting replication issues
- • Knowledge of and experience working with One order framework and Customer Interaction Centre
- • Responsible for developing all documentation related to system changes per client change control policies and procedures.
- • Responsible for production support to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze and solve software problems.
