Description

• Assist end users on site with inquiries and incidents/problems.
• Take ownership of problems until full resolution.
• Provide solutions as appropriate on the spot.
• Provide follow-up to the user on the status of the problem until resolution.
• Verify problem resolution prior to closure.
• Escalate the problem as required.
• Record incident in the Panaya system.
• Escalate issue resolution with Hypercare Command Centre and other NAMT Hypercare resources.
• Provide advanced problem resolution for Level 1 problems as escalated.
• Determine the functional area of the problem being reported, e.g., process, data, systems, training, etc.
• Provide detailed analysis of the problem.
