SAP PL7 & EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Responsibilities: 70% Technical and 30% Functional System Troubleshooting: Resolve WMS-related issues such as warehouse scanner malfunctions or screen freezes. Data Extraction: Provide data reports using SAP WMS and Power BI for operational insights. Process Improvement: Analyze and implement system/process improvements. Configuration: Customize and maintain WMS configurations and master data. User Support: Train warehouse teams and handle technical queries. Testing: Simulate warehouse scenarios to test system performance and ensure processes work as expected. These responsibilities align with supporting operational logistics reporting and system configuration to optimize warehouse workflows. Job Description Collaborate closely with warehouse operations to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement system changes. Analyze propose implement and test WMS configuration and change requests in coordination with the Bosch central CI department. Coordinate and configure custom development and master data. Perform operational reporting activities using WMS Tableau and Power BI. Create and test solutions simulate real-world scenarios and document results. Develop end-to-end warehouse process documentation and provide training to ensure desired benefits. Lead business process design gap analysis requirements gathering and documentation efforts. Act as the end-to-end warehouse process owner delivering process mappings with requirements documentation scenario analysis risk analysis and ROI. Troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end WMS operations issues in coordination with the IT support team. Analyze process issues and address root causes related to process data and systems.

Description

Bosch is in the process of selling off one of its business units, and the company is focusing on ensuring a smooth transition during this sale. The position is located at Bosch’s 150,000-square-foot facility at 140 Caliber Ridge Road in Greer, which distributes products across North and South America and supports light assembly for customer-specific projects. The facility is part of Bosch Security Systems, which offers products in video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire detection, access control, management systems, professional audio, and conference systems.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of warehouse management systems (preferably SAP WMS).
• Hands-on experience implementing technological solutions for automated warehousing.
• Experience with DALI, SQL, Altryx, Automation Anywhere, Catalytic, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse.
• Communication: Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact with warehouse associates and Bosch executives.
• Travel: Up to 20% (Domestic and International).

• SAP PL7 & EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), PF6, PC Flow 4, PL7, S4 Hana, Power BI, SAP WMS, DALI, SQL, Altryx, Automation Anywhere, Catalytic.

• Internal: Supporting individuals from the warehouse floor up to the executive level.
• Must-Have Skills
• SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
• Experience with other SAP versions (SAP S/4HANA, SAP PL7, SAP PF6, SAP PC Flow 4)
• Proficiency in creating Power BI Dashboards.
• Preferred Skills
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
