Skills
• BS/MS in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent work experience. • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in SAP Solutions primarily in manufacturing (MFG) and materials management (MM) or sales and distribution (SD). • Proven experience in SAP Support projects preferably in manufacturing or automotive domain. • Understands basic functionality of Manufacturing Execution Systems. • Problem solving skills specific to SAP application issues and troubleshooting. • Strong analytical skills for interpreting and documenting business requirements. • Flexibility in work schedule is required (to include evenings and weekends as needed). 2. SAP DWC consultant – Work from Office – Newark CA – Day 1 onsite – HIGH PriorityDescription
• Act as the primary contact for all tier 1 SAP relevant issues in Casa Grande area facilities
• Provide support primarily in manufacturing (MFG – SAP PP) and its integration with other systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Enterprise Services (HQ) and integrated application teams
• Work in establishing consistent metrics for continuous improvement
• Work closely with end users to help report issues in SAP area and find resolutions
• Train end users for newly implemented processes in SAP area
• Support cross application troubleshooting (MES, PLM, etc.) for SAP relevant issues
• Work with Manufacturing and Senior analysts to gather and document Business requirements in SAP area that will streamline processes and maximize Business efficiency.
