Description

• Our primary responsibility is new technology development.
• This position will develop and deploy new technologies for luxury kitchen appliances focusing on materials, coatings, and finishes.
• Discover, develop, and deliver technologies to improve overall product design concepts following regulatory, safety, and internal standards using sound engineering principles and methods.
• Evaluate technology alternatives based on cost, performance, quality and production feasibility.
• Work with functional teams and suppliers to keep tasks on schedule and meet the technology requirements.
• Establish test procedures to validate technologies.
• Guide designers and technicians to coordinate their efforts to meet project goals.
• Lead and participate in Technical Readiness analysis relative to the design and process aspects of the technologies.
• Participated in cross functional team events for brainstorming, road-mapping, concept evaluation, test data evaluation.
• Engage in creating intellectual property as well as investigating and monitoring competitive IP landscapes.
