Description

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA

Work closely with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, subject matter experts, and IT teams, to gather and understand requirements.

Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories and functional specifications for development teams.

Assist in developing and maintaining a detailed product backlog for SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba, and Fieldglass-related enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature requests.

Participate in System integration testing and user Acceptance Testing to ensure the successful implementation of product features in SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and Fieldglass, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-launch, collaborating with technical teams and users to ensure continuous product improvement.

Provide training and support tend-users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use the new capabilities (ex. Fiori apps and preparing QRG manuals)

IT testing (S/4 Hana, Ariba, Fieldglass)

Prepare IT documentation of future functionality and processes.

Troubleshooting system issues as part of migration to S/4 Hana.

Function as S/4 Hana SME backup to and work together with our client’s Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Proved S/4 Hana implementation project experience and migration from ECC to S/4 Hana for source-to-pay and inventory management
• At least 7 years of SAP materials management hands-on implementation experience as a functional consultant or SME or solution architect in ECC and/or S/4 Hana
• Experience with test case preparation and performing testing
• Ability to identify defects and troubleshoot to resolution
• Experience with designing interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems
• Ability to work independently
