Description
Client is seeking an SAP S/4 OpenText Functional Analyst . The role involves functional analyst responsibilities with a focus on ongoing maintenance and support of scanning and indexing with OpenText ICC/BCC (Invoice/Business Capture Center) using OCR, configuration, and enhancement of OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management), and complex invoice workflow approval design.
Responsibilities
- • Experience with OpenText ICC/BCC and VIM, including customization and complex invoice workflow design.
- • Good understanding of SAP AP process and EDI.
- • Basic understanding of OpenText Archiving, ICC, and VIM system installation.
- • Ability to train invoice in BCC and familiarity with training methods to increase matching recognition.
- • Strong analytical skills to analyze fit/gap for business processes and translate requirements into specs.
- • Experience in project and design reviews, scope management, and defect management.
- • Excellent communication skills to interact with users, developers, and project stakeholders.
