Initial launch in 2025 2 year roadmap that is already defined. The candidate will need to work with business teams and fit that into this roadmap and see if the new tech can absorb that new implementation SAP as a technology background is not a requirement but it would be a perfect fit. Core finance background and any system will do Typically Business Analysts have more hands in the system so they sometimes lack strategic thinking of engaging with business on a non-technical basis Needs a broader leadership lens. Even if they don\'t understand core system and business we can still be onboarded. The key is to have a finance background and a strong communicator to drive discussion and business Wants someone who can articulate things that are industry specific. Not a hands-to-keyboard role. Needs to engage with business conversations and asking questionsDescription
1.Lead, design and deploy business reporting and analytic solutions for Adobe's corporate teams.
2.Regularly interact with business partners to communicate the project roadmap and plan future objectives.
3.Bridge the gap between key business objectives and technical capabilities by providing fully coordinated solutions in partnership with the business.
4.Perform regular ad-hoc data querying and analysis to better understand areas impacted by S/4 HANA such as bookings, billings and revenue.
5.Partner with engineering teams to implement business solutions and validate the product against requirements.
6.Perform impact analysis for business changes in collaboration with engineering.
7.Collaborate and partner on a day-to-day basis with business users, engineers, and managers to design, develop, deploy, operate, and support new business solutions.
8.Plan and establish post-delivery activities including ongoing application support.
Responsibilities
- 9.At least 5-7 years of practical experience in SAP SD and FICO module.
- 10.At least one full-cycle implementation experience on S/4 HANA in a large organization, and experience developing custom Fiori reports.
- 11.Experience supporting analytics and data domains in Sales and finance processes, quarter-end and year-end financial close.
- 12.Good understanding of Subscription business models and the importance of customer journey touch points for delivering intelligent insights for measuring conversion and retention.
- 13.Experience working on data warehousing platforms (SQL, etc.) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- 14.Ability to understand strategy, goals and processes in Finance domain, translate them into business requirements, functional/system specifications.
- 15.Keeps commitments and completes assignments on time. Communicates clearly and shares information with teammates.
