SAP SD/OTC Business Analyst

Description

• Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

• Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

• Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.

• Designs details of automated systems.

• May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.

• May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Responsibilities

• • 15+ years of experience as Sr. SAP SD Business Analyst leading projects in SAP ECC 6.0/ S4 Hana, BRIM
• • SME with EXPERT KNOWLEDGE in SAP SD/OTC functionality in all the areas of Order to Cash
• • Expert Knowledge in SAP revenue recognition engine RAR, exposure to ASC 606 revenue standards
• • Knowledge on SAP Project system.
• • Strong Skills set in Contract Mgmt, Billing Plans, Billing, Collections
• • Additional experience in the OTC (Collections, Dunning, Disputes) functional area will be an advantage.
• • Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• • Able to independently take requirements, DESIGN, BUILD, prepare POC, test in all stages (Unit, IT End to End, UAT, Smoke), Cutover, Deploy to PROD.
• • Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives).
• • Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a self-managed environment.
• • Hands on experience in implementing SAP projects and perform support activities
• • Exposure / experience of working in SAAS industry will be an advantage
• • Experience with Integration SAP S4 Hana to SAP Callidus, SAP EMS, iCertis will be an advantage
